Introduction to shaft weaving, 2 day intensive course

On this weekend course for beginner weavers, you will learn how to design a warp, select yarns, wind a warp chain and dress a 4 shaft loom. On day two you will explore different weave structures, combining them to create patterns and textures and leave with comprehensive notes and a unique handwoven sampler.

Option to bring your own loom or if you are thinking of buying a table loom please contact me and I can advise and in some cases (Louet Erica looms) offer a free assembly service prior to the workshop.
