Invisible Women Syndrome

I have new work in an exhibition opening today at Willow Gallery Oswestry with  Textile21, a  group of textile artists in the North West of England. The exhibition considers how  colour can inspire and tell stories with each artist choosing a different colour ro explore.  We are exhibiting alongside another multidiscipliniary art group, ReMix Creatives.

Inspired by the colour grey, the handwoven panels reflect Invisible Women Syndrome whereby older women often feel ignored, anonymous, unseen, invisible.

The exhibition runs until October 24th 2026, meet the artists on Septemver 26th.
