Make It Right: Pierhead Futures Gallery

I am delighted that my woven panels, telling the story of the Wales Window for Alabama, have been included in a new exhibition, opening today, at the Senedd in Cardiff. Its the first time all five panels haven been exhibited together since 2023. This year marks the 60th anniversary of the window's installation and dedication.

This new Exhibition is a collaboration between Carmarthen School of Art and The Water Poets who composed an original music score, Make it Right, to tell the story through music. Exhibits include a moving digital animation of the stained glass window, created from artwork by local schoolchildren and a stitched quilt of the window also made using the children's art, one of which has been gifted to the Birmingham Civil Rights Museum in Alabama.

The exhibition runs until 1 November 2025.
