Queen Elizabeth Scholarship Trust (QEST) Award

I am delighted to announce that I have been awarded an Emerging Maker grant by QEST.

The grant enables me to train with master kilt-maker Paula Duncan in Elgin, Scotland, where I will learn traditional hand-stitching and kilt-making techniques with the goal of designing, weaving and stitching custom kilts.

QEST is a charity run by the Royal Warrant Holders Association supporting excellence in British craft and it is a huge honour to receive the award.
